REFUND POLICY :

Bashratycare is made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

 

Bashratycare does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to info@bashratycare.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or whatsapp +96176106167  to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges
